It takes about 5 minutes to learn how to use the e Podiatry Consent Forms™ program. If you are already familiar with Microsoft WORD®, it takes about 2 minutes, or less. Just realize the yellow highlights are “live and customizable”, and ready for patient and procedural modification; all else is fixed.

Then, save, print and repeat as much as you want; just like the instructions say. Don’t worry; any character symbols do not translate to the printed consent form pages, which always look perfect.
